First time walking in that place. Was there to spend a decent amount of money and would have been a regular there. I’m 44 years old and I have never in my life encountered customer service so bad and someone so blatantly rude as the older lady with the long gray hair. She was clearly annoyed that I was even there and I guess aggravated that I took her away from her phone. She is a horrible representative for this store and I guarantee has driven other customers away. I will never spend a penny in there as long as she’s allowed to work there.

My father in law loved this place, he didn’t know too much going into the store but with the help of an employee named Hayden who explained all the variety of products with great attitude and was very respectful. He exceeding customer service beyond his usual experiences with these types of places. He for sure will be going back and recommend to all his friends.
