Terrible service Today I bought a vape, which came out damaged, I returned 5 minutes after purchasing it since it came out damaged, I made my complaint to the seller and showed him that the product does not work, which is why The salesman told me that he would call his manager to check what he could do, his response was that the manager was not answering the call that he had to return later I told him that it was okay, since I work at the Subway that is next door, I just I came back for the answer and he told me that I had to try it inside the store and when I left it does not apply to any change. I asked him for the manager's number and his words were that his manager's number is confidential for the public as a recommendation not to sell products. that are damaged do not scam people because the cost of the product is not cheap at all

Staff is friendly. However, their vapes are questionable. I've had multiple issues with Lost Marys and Geek Bars. I don't believe they're purchasing directly from manufacturers. They either run out of juice or taste burnt within a week. I've had some that just keep hitting whenever you aren't smoking. There is also one employee that pushes upselling or purchasing more. Sorry, but if the vapes aren't consistent, I'm not buying more or spending more money. I've switched to a better shop down the road that stands behind their product and guarantees quality.
