Great group of individuals that work here! I came in with a older vape that a friend gave me told them I honestly didn't know how to change or fix anything on it and nick guided me through the whole process even gave me a free lesson on how to change the coil and how to prep it thoroughly! Highly recommend these guys they know what there doing and are a pretty sick group of individuals to talk to as well!

I've known these guys for years one of my 1st vape pens were bought there. Yup they used to be pins. Their prices are a little high on a sleep. But they're the only place that has really high quality play juice right now aunt can keep it in stock. If and they have the cheapest filters in town. So I rather pay a few more dollars for something I can get immediately instead of being strong along for weeks waiting for my vapor gate to come in. So you get my 5 stars and I will pay the couple dollars more. But their filters are 3 to $6 cheaper than other places you should check that out. Everybody's Robin everybody on the filters. And stay away from dragon cloud it's the highest vape priced store in Colorado terrible. And it's all outdated juice. The stuff they carry is the stuff that was popular 3 years ago. There is some new stuff. And it is a clean store but that lady will rob you blind. And smiling you

I don't write reviews on businesses, this is my first and most likely my last. I felt compelled to write this review because of the way I have been treated at the Cignot in Arvada. This is by far the best vape store I have ever been too, and I've been to several. The staff is extremely nice and for someone like me who is fairly new to vaping, very helpful. They always have what I need in stock and are happy to make recommendations on merchandise. I strongly recommend this store to anyone looking for a wide selection, good prices and great advice.

Kinda hit or miss on service here. They are either incredibly knowledgeable and Incredibly helpful in every way or they don't even want to look at you and seemed annoyed that you're even there to purchase something. I definitely had more good experiences than bad experiences and they do have a really good selection of Vape juices.
