The dark hair lady is extremely rude, no manners, unhelpful, definitely not a friendly face to walk into the store to. She clearly hates her job so maybe she should find a new one. And coming here it looks like im not the only one that thinks so . Most of the negative reviews (which is a handful) are about her

I went in to purchase a one-hitter, but the pipe had a defect. The paint was chipping off just by rinsing it with water. I went back to return the item, and Sylvia, the staff member, was very straightforward about their no-refund or return policy. I was clueless since I didn't see the sign. She said it was on the receipt, which I never received, but that's on me for not asking for one. Anyway, she was very nice and was able to exchange the pipe for another one. Just be aware of their no-return/exchange policy. Overall, Sylvia was a bit cold at the beginning, but after just having a conversation with her, she's actually pretty cool to talk to, we were able to compromise on the pipe issue. Thanks again!

TERRIBLE SERVICE the lady that was working on June 1st at 2:45pm looks like she was in a rush for us to leave and treating us so bad. You, the owner if you want to continue having a successful business, fire her.. she will ruin all your sales!
