Nice place, wide range of variety product with good price. Love this place. And most important people are very nice and helpful.

Nice little head shop if you need something now and don't want to wait for shipping on an internet purchase. The prices are a little high but pretty normal considering NYC. I wish they had better dugouts. Only a few common options that are all over Amazon for half this price.

Worst service I have ever gotten. Tried to buy a scratch ticket as a gift, cashier scratched it with his long nail while giving it to me. When I asked for a different one, he said he didn't scratch it and doesn't have to sell me anything and told me to leave. When I asked for a manager, he said he's the manager and to get out. At the same time, his buddy came in and he told him to take a bag of chips for free, just because. Never come here again.

The worst shop I ever have been to. I just went there for the coil of e-cigarettes and the clerk did konw nothing. Also, he was very rude. He said he doesn't want to sell because it's not his job to know what is the coil that can work with my device. I have no idea why they can still open the store. Not strongly recommend to buy any stuff there.

I've come to this smoke shop for the third time and the help i get from this store is phenomenal that is why i continue to come here, this store is aleays really organize and clean with a bunch of varieties. I recommend it to anyone. Thank you
