I recently visited this smoke shop to buy a smoking pipe. The saleswoman recommended a specific tobacco that she said would be perfect for the pipe I was purchasing. Trusting her advice, I bought the tobacco for $50. However, I later discovered that the tobacco was chewing tobacco, not pipe tobacco as I had requested. To make matters worse, the store has a strict no-return policy on tobacco products. I'm quite disappointed with the experience and feel that I wasted my money. I would suggest being cautious when taking recommendations from the staff.

I used to be a frequent and regular customer of both cloud 7 on Williams drive and the other location on highway 29. The only person that was knowledgeable about all the products I just learned was terminated recently. He had great customer service, knew all about the products and always answered any questions I had. I will not return, they lost their best employee.
