I have been coming here for a minute, the staff is always helpful and welcoming. Jay went above and beyond to inform me on useful insight about every product that I had interest in! Amazing customer service

I was sold a defective puffco peak today. (Atomizer will not connect and had scratches). No one put a receipt in my bag (which is typically standard when purchasing something that costs hundreds of dollars…..) so I doubt I can even return it, considering other reviews state that even with a receipt they won’t refund.

The people at this location are GREAT! Everyone is super helpful, knowledgeable and they make logical, educated suggestions of other products you might like— but, without any pressure to buy anything you don't want. Unfortunately, the physical location of this store is a bit less than ideal. The front parking lot can only accommodate about five or six cars and can be difficult to get in and out of... It's nearly impossible to to exit, if you need to turn left out of the lot. Overall, the consistently pleasant interactions I've had with employees totally makes up for any parking/location issues.

Today was my first time at this smoke shop. The young lady and young man who helped me, were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Every single time I visit this location I get spectacular customer service. The entire team is accommodating and goes above and beyond. I called in with an issue with a product and Morgan was extremely helpful, and reached out to management to further assist and helped me with my problem as quickly as possible. She had my exchange ready with a sweet note attached. I love this smoke shop! Thank you! :)
