I always have a great experience at Cloud9, but this location specifically is always a 10/10 experience. Today David and Hannah took my late night visit and made it one of the highlights of my day! On top of just being friendly and welcoming, David was also very knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing and helped me cypher through the options to find the best fit for me after listening to my preferences. Talk about personalized experiences right!? Love that they’re close to me and worth leaving my bed for haha. Will def be back!

This is the biggest cloud 9 I have ever been inside. Sometimes they run out of the flavors of vapes I like but the ones they recommend are really nice. But I just love how big the place I mean anything you could want involving smoke is here. I will only go to this cloud nine now!

Every time I come to this location I always receive great customer service with a welcoming greeting. I’ve been to several Cloud 9 locations and this is by far the best location I’ve been to. Between Sean, Nate and Will they are awesome. Truthfully every single employee has provided me with a great experience and I truly appreciate it. The vibes and energy are unmatched and that’s exactly why I’m a consistent customer. I can’t wait to smoke my new hookah.

Got tricked into buying this pulsar APX because they were out of the orbit if they ever had it . And got tricked into leaving a 5 star review but I did feel it was appropriate at the time believing that I had found something better going off employee advice. The regen was the first I got from starship then I came here and got the pulsar crap when I asked for the orbit they said they had it over the phone I hated it it’s still here in the box perfectly packed . Finally went somewhere else and got my orbit limited edition more than I asked for about 30’or 40 bucks less and loved it so much I got a replacement just in case. Don’t ask for any advice here just get what you came for and if they don’t have it turn around you have been warned. Gave me a pack of papers for a 5 star review they don’t tell you until after and I don’t even have any use for them period. Still have them I’ll put them in the box with the pulsar and they can keep each other company

Will was super kind and helpful- super great vibes. Incredibly knowledgeable on a lot of products. Did you know that cats can’t consume CBD? Will did!! I learned so much from him today. Hannah was super lovely and helped me throughout my entire purchase. She made sure I was happy with what I was getting and it was a pleasure to be helped by her. Sean, as always, was super friendly and awesome. He made my purchasing process fun! I can’t recommend this location enough and the staff here is always amazing. This is my favorite Cloud 9 by far! Shoutout to Nate as well for being incredible and always giving great customer service!
