I had an amazing experience at Cloud9 thanks to Rod and Janice’s assistance. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. The service was quick, personalized, and made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this location.

Customer service is always 10/10 when I come into the store. Janice is very helpful and knows how to get me to spend the right amount of money and I love that she explains thoroughly when I ask questions!

I really like the shop! I’ve been wanting to check this store out for a minute I finally did when I got the time. And it’s great! I could be a little overwhelming at first glance if it your first time going to a vape shop but Janice definitely made my experience worth while! She’s sweet and helpful and answered any questions I had for her which made me feel really comfortable! 10 out of 10 will be recommending!
