I went into this shop not expecting much. Most shops around here are mediocre at best. This shop has everything you could want or need, the selection is unmatched, and prices are reasonable. The staff is extremely friendly and also knowledgeable about all of the products. This is my new favorite store!

Love this shop! Best smoke shop in the area super clean, they have everything and anything new that comes out. Biggest selection of RAZ & Lost Marys. The employees give great recommendations each time. I tried some THCA for my knee pain and its the BEST!! Definitely worth a visit the employees actually CARE

Cloud factory is the best one stop shop for all your vaping, smoking, and accessory needs. The employers are incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly. They're just glad to pass along information even if you're just trying to educate yourself before you plan on making a purchase. Don't pass up on these great people.

I recently visited the smoke shop and had an outstanding experience, thanks to both Kyra and Yandy. From the moment I walked in, Kyra's friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge made me feel welcome and confident in my purchases. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered insightful recommendations that suited my needs perfectly. I purchased a few gifts for my loved ones on medical marijuana. Yandy was equally impressive with his professionalism and expertise. He was patient in answering all my questions and provided excellent guidance on the products I was interested in. Their teamwork and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. Both Kyra and Yandy made my visit enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this smoke shop and will definitely be returning because of their exceptional service.
