This place is trash. My dad always goes here and so I decided to give it a try. I ordered 35mg juice and she showed it to me and everything. Then they talked about a deal they had going on so I started picking out more stuff. At the end she went back and grabbed the juice. A few days later I got the vape juice out and it was 50 mg. I went up there later that week to exchange it. They wouldn’t do it. So I called Artisan Vapor and they were happy to help me. The vape juice is cheaper at Cloud zone but so is the service. I’ll never go here again.

Very good customer service. The young lady behind the counter treated me like i was her only customer. She answered my questions and didn't try to up-sell me. The vape devices, coils and juice i bought were very affordable.

I have had a great experience at this store. The staff is so friendly and they remember me and my items. They are knowledgeable about their products. Thumbs up and 5 stars. This store is always clean and in order. The displays are lovely. Thank you for your kindness.

Went in yesterday to buy a new coil for my tank. Unfortunately, the coil I bought was leaking all over the place. So, I called up there today, explained what happened, and they asked me to bring my vape in to check it out. We installed a new coil that didn't leak anymore and I went on my way. Great customer service and support! The guy helped me make sure everything was tight and installed properly. He did tell me that they don't normally to replacements or returns on coils, which I totally understand, but he helped me out today. Would recommend!

One of the best vape shops I’ve been to has a wide selection of just delta and disposable vapes the employees do their best to find what’s good for you and everything is at a very reasonable price
