While it was nice at one time. I went in to purchase an Elf bar! I was asked to open and try b4 leaving for the first time!!(Flag 1). The price was lower,suddenly(Flag 2)The light was blue and not white when lit up, per usual(Flag3). Totally blew out 2 day later after making me sick….. if you wanna make sure that your elf bar is real, go to the website and run the code on the side. I also found that the box should be raised and not flat. But we should not have to do these things. I will not be returning here my previous experience was amazing but now it’s getting to the point you can’t trust any store you go to when you purchase so the light should be green. If it blue… it’s a fake. The box should be raised and make sure that you check your barcode on the website before leaving the store. When I called the girl hung up on me because I asked for the owner or manage. She said I had to wait until the weekend to speak to him. It’s Wednesday!!!! So you have no way to speak to anyone in charge? Rude! Not got customer service at all!!!

I just want to say this is the best shop in bryans Rd customer service is awesome they take care of me and my bro and we have great conversations. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. It's a must stop.
