Such a cool place! First of all, I walked in and it smelled amazing. I was immediately helped by a super cool guy *Matthew* who directed me to a great dog product, educated me on all the different products, and even made some great personal recs based on what I told him about myself. A very clean, simple shop that does not feel overwhelming (which I love) and you definitely feel like you can trust the person behind the counter! We will totally be back. Thanks Matthew!! (Our dog is currently thanking you too LOL.)

I dropped in this morning looking for a new cartridge. I was greeted by Matthew who was so enthusiastic and welcoming. He spent time with me going over different options which I really appreciated. I'll be back for sure! Great customer service experience.
