I lived in Fall River and so far i found that Coastal Healing Dispensary is my favorite dispensary near Fall River.They are only five minutes from Fall River and they have some of the best weed for a small business and cultivador. They have have the best weed prices. They them and you will see why they are the best

Decent bud, yes, just kinda deceptive or lazy thc percentage updating Every other local dispensary updates daily or as needed but this one just posts an excuse on their website to why they dont. Hire another person to do that or something When items are low thc sometimes they'll just leave it blank on websites. Have gotten products with around 10 percent less thc upon purchase than what was displayed online. More than once.

I just called asking if they offered discounts for renewed medical patients like every other dispensary in Massachusetts and then asked me if I’ve been there before and said that they do not offer anything for patients renewing their medical marijuana license. I told him that every dispensary in Massachusetts offers renewal offers his response. Very rudely was then go there. I said then I absolutely will. I’ll never go to your location and he hung up on me. This place is absolutely trash. The flowers is terrible. Last time I went. I had a horrible experience in their chocolate is terrible. Everything is weak. I can’t wait till they go out of business.

Drove by the place coming back from the Dartmouth Mall, turned around and went back to go see just what they had to offer. INCREDIBLE in house flower!! My absolute favorite is Lemon Zephyr. This will be my forever "go to" bud for rolling. You heard the phrase "top shelf"? Well any bud they grow and sell there is absolutely TOP SHELF!! You gotta go try em out!! The ONLY dispensary I will advertise on my Jeep, right above my NORML sticker.

Ryan and Trudy were excellent. The customer service rated 5 stars. I'm from the south and didn't expect the hospitality. I got that and more. Great place to check out. Excellent staff which is a big reflection to the owner. Great experience. Will definitely come back.
