Ok first off, smoke shops are my thing. I love going to smoke shops and I'm always looking for the best new stuff to try. For my husband's birthday I gave him $500 to spend and of course he wanted to go to a smoke shop to spend it all. I brought him to Cobra because I had been here once before and it was by far, the coolest, most fun and up to date smoke shop I've ever seen and I've been to about 60 shops here in the valley. Our experience was totally and completely ruined by the guy working. I think his name is Jeremy, but he has a beard and the worst attitude of anyone I've probably ever met at any store I've walked into. We were ready to spend $500 on cool new things, but due to his attitude of not wanting to get up and show us things or answer questions, we left and spent our money elsewhere and will never go back unless I find out he's no longer there. He literally was on the phone at one point cursing and telling someone on the phone that we were so annoying and asked to many questions and he just wished we would leave and he didnt even care we heard him, in fact i think he wanted us to hear. Well Jeremy, considering the shop you work at carries about 3000 different things that are not something most of us know about, I'm not going to buy something that I know nothing about. He literally talked us out of buying like 4 pricey different things. If I owned this shop, this guy would not have a job because I guarantee that every shift he works, he's costing this company hundreds of dollars. Rolling his eyes, making loud sighs and then talking to me like I'm an idiot, those are things you learn NOT to do in customer service 101. He apparently wants a job where he can sit down and be on his phone without having to have any human interaction. Not only did he cost the owner $500 from that visit, but we spend at least $100-$200/week at smoke shops and this would've been our new go to every week. I also have about 15 friends who also love smoke shops and I have made sure none of them go here. The owner deserves better because I can tell the owner cares about this shop and makes sure to have the best products on the market. And he hired an employee that literally talks people OUT of buying these products because he doesn't want to get up and open the glass or answer a single question. To the owner: you have done a great job in getting inventory worth trying and the set up of your store is awesome and the new edition of the "naughty" section gives the shop an A++++ and I'm so sad that my experience was so awful that I cannot bring myself to return. But honestly, it would be in your best interest to replace this guy with someone who wants your business to succeed because Jeremy is really costing you $$$$. He is by far the worst customer service rep I have ever met in my 35 years of life. And just so you understand, never in my life have I been able to leave a review where I actually call someone specific out, unless it was good. But being that our experience was as awful as it was because of him, I felt it was only right that you know because it could cost you a business that you obviously worked extremely hard to have.

If you're in need of smoking paraphernalia this is your spot you got a really good deal on bongs here that's like two for a hundred of any of the bones in the back pretty much I'm at the owner a few times really nice dude took really good care of us they are pretty decent prices on most things some of the things a little more expensive but that's just the way it is but they got a good selection of stuff and good service

This place is the only place open 24/7 and the staff there are very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable as well! They have really good prices and a very large selection of cool and unique stuff! They also have a adult toy shop They just opened on the side and they have sum pretty cool stuff if I don't say so myself! Decently priced as well!!

Just left the shop and had a 10 out of 10 experience. The customer service is top-notch and they have reasonable prices. The place has everything you could imagine and it’s like an overwhelming amount of options in a good way of course. Usually go to a different smoke shop, but will be making this my default shop now great staff great location great options great prices. I have never ever had an urge to leave a review on any establishment so that’s saying something
