This is a review specifically about Nico and their above and beyond service. My medical card has an expiration of 7/21 but in the system for medical cards it expired sometime before 6/21. Everyone with a medical card knows if this issue and the state board really needs to fix it. However, when presented with my out of date card they called the doctor and helped me to set up a telehealth appointment for just a few hours later. I get really stressed out doing this sort of stuff and their help really helped me chill out. Thank you Nico. The whole staff here is great and knowledgeable about products. The disabled vet discount they have is the best discounts in the area. I love going here for my medicine.

Has been my main dispensary since they opened, always a great selection with discounts all the time. Great atmosphere and even better customer service. Big ups!

Placed an order online off the "weekday wind down" menu. Said ordering was open from 4pm to 7pm so I quickly ordered at 6:47pm and was quoted a price of $163.20. I live in Manchester New Hampshire and drove straight down to pick up my order. I arrived at the store at 7:55pm and when checking out mind you my sister was the one working at it register. I was talking with my sister and I paid and the price was $194.50. I'm extremely pissed the jerk Manager Danny couldn't do anything but point out on the site it says from 4 to 7 but no where on your site does it say it has to be picked up by 7. I want a refund of the difference on my receipts. I will never shop here again with there false advertisements. Fyi I've been calling for 2 nights now before 7pm and the recording says store is closed call back during normal business hours. Errrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Love this store! everyone there is super nice & welcoming. I know they get tired of seeing my face but they don’t act like it! Hoping the team stays the same because they’re great! ps: should have more deals for extra loyal customers like me ;)

The only reason I’m giving this dispensary two stars is because there are good people who my husband and I established great rapport with. My husband is a medical patient and I am his caregiver. Like clockwork, every weekend for the last four years, we have strictly came to this dispensary. Over the years, we have come to know most of the employees who are wonderful. I have noticed over time that they have had some turn over which is understandable. Not once did we have any sort of significant problems and if we did which was maybe once or twice, it was always situated without an issue. That however changed tonight. To give some context, they started to sell a product called the Roamer. It is strictly sold there (or their Taunton location). It has worked fairly well for my husband. The last few times we have purchased pods for the device, there have been several issues: shattered pods, and even pods that had zero product in them. I had called in the middle of the week to let a manager know and to confirm that we’d be able to just get a replacement to which the manager tried to argue that nobody has ever had problems prior. I explained respectfully that just because nobody else had experienced an issue does not negate that but husband had. I was assured that if I brought the box that the product came in as proof of purchase, I could swap it for a new box of pods. It was never clarified to me that I needed to bring the product. And explaining that to a supervisor tonight, she responded that she just “assumed” that I’d know that. Well that’s exactly why we don’t assume things. We had been traveling 45 minutes just to come here as we have recently moved but kept going based on the good history we have. Rightfully so, I was upset because of this lack of communication and I understandably made that known. A “supervisor” named Johnny (who started working far long after my husband and I had regularly been coming) got exceptionally upset at me and proceeded to say that he was adding me to the “trespassing list”. I have NEVER had such an experience to say the least. Not only was I taken aback but truly, I was hurt. Four years of being loyal guests and spending thousands of our hard earned dollars to be treated so disrespectfully. They went as far as to call security on me, absolutely laughable. Just goes to show you can do a million good things, but you will always be remembered for that one bad experience. We won’t ever be back. Shout out to the great employees there who have over the years given the best of help: Kelly and Nicholas! You guys are awesome!
