The older man who works weekday day shifts has quite literally lost his mind. We went in to use the washing facilities, and he warned us not to use them because, according to him, 75% of dogs blew ear drums from the dryer. When I asked if they sold the towel wraps to go around their ears to protect them, he went on a tangential conspiracy theory about insurance premiums. In the end I told him I’d leave, and he said, “Good. Thank you.” Long and short of it, obviously you need to be a responsible pet owner and protect your dogs ears from any air drying device, but this employee was so aggressive and wild that he’s taken to quite literally guilt tripping customers out the door. The next time I try to go, I’ll endeavor to call ahead and make sure he’s not working that day.

This place is must go! If you are in the mind set of washing your own dog and you don’t have a place to do it — this is definitely the place to go. Unfortunately, this establishment has only one tube, whereas in the past they had up to four of five tubs, so please make sure you call in advance to see if there is a line or show up early, because they will tell you it’s first come first serve. The price to use the facility is reasonable, compare to having a groomer do it for you but what is really important to me is that I do not have the worries of getting falsely accused of my furry one biting the groomer; which has happened. You are allotted one hour — more than enough time to get your furry one clean. As you can see, the room is nicely kept and all of the cleaning and drying supplies are provided. Besides the aerator, they also provide clean towels. Please keep in mind - - All work must be done in the tube (Including the drying). Once you are done with your love one, walk around the place — you will see that they have a lot to offer. I will admit, the store does have a lot of tasty treats and neat gadgets for your love on. As for the staff — VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! On a side note, they do have an area to where your dog can potty but please pick up their poop (Bags are provided)

I just discovered Cookies this last weekend. I was impressed the moment I walked in the door! Let’s go about this in order of my visit: 1- Staff is AMAZING! They made me feel like I was the most important person in the world the entire time I was talking to them during my walk through. 2- Quality products at great prices. 3- Clean and organized. 4- And the purpose of my tour…the absolutely awesome self-wash rooms. I have three 100lb GSD’s that have had traumatizing groomer experiences, leaving me challenged to do all their grooming myself. I have learned a lot through trial and error but my babies trust me and I make grooming time fun, with zero stress or anxiety. I took one of my boys there yesterday, the most complicated and challenging one who hated being groomed before I became his groomer. 100lb long haired GSD, he did amazing, I did a shockingly great job thanks to the amenities…done and packed up in 30mins. My boy is beyond happy and feels absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about Cookies. Oh! And by taking my kids to Cookies and home grooming, I save roughly $500 every 3-6 months. Thank you Cookies Pet Corner & Wash for making my experience so special. Y’all have a customer for life!

Our favorite place to go and get pups nails done and pick up her treats and dog food. Everyone that works here is friendly and helpful.

First time. Was a great experience. Took my 3 dogs all at once to their private bathing rooms. Clean facilities, and they supplied a little sample bag of treats for each one of my dogs along with everything you need shampoo brushes towels. My dogs loved it too well except for the bath itself, haha. Very friendly inviting employees. We will be back again.
