This place had the most amazing staff I think I’ve ever encountered. They were extremely nice and very helpful, allowing me to get in and out pretty quickly. They had recommendations that exactly fit what I was looking for and were descriptive. They also have a nice selection. Definitely recommend trying them out! :)

Came here because it was the closest to my appointment. Got out on crunches and everything. Me and my fiancé go inside and we are instructed that we must both have IDs. Mind you I’m 32 and he’s 31. Nonetheless, do your job it’s fine. But there was another person who came in and was not ID at any point. Check the cameras . I will never come back to this establishment ever. First time customers LOST! And on top of that, I couldn’t find my ID but I said I wouldn’t purchase. The employee stated they needed my ID if my fiancé wanted to purchase even though he had his ID. Tf. Been shopping at vape shops and never experienced this. Like I said, I’m okay with doing your job, but to not ask the customer behind us for a ID was a slap in our face. We visited 4.8.24 around 5:30pm. It was a Caucasian male I believe . Like I said , check the cameras. Definitely bias in some type of way.

Going to this shop was the best decision I ever made! I have really wanted to check-out a new vape shop because I've been unsatisfied with the current ones that I go to. I am fairly new to the vape world and have been using the same type of vape for a while even though I've been unhappy with it. I haven't had much luck at other stores or online with feeling confident about what to get And it's beyond stressful. So in hopes of searching for a new shop to visit, I originally called Cool CloudsRight away because they were open at 9:00 a.m. & to make sure that they had different devices I could check out! Once I got on the phone with the owner he was so beyond helpful, I already felt Like this was the perfect place to go. Once I got to the shop and walked in the door, I already felt such a good vibe & was helped right away. Tom and Cari both helped me out so much today and answered so many of my questions that I honestly feel more confident about vaping & understanding vapes/vaping. I legitimately have learned so much today from them! The amount of knowledge that they both have is so extensive and the time that they take showing you and teaching you about what you're getting and how things work really has made such an impact! I think it's awesome that you get 10% off when it's your first time at the shop and how they use a point system that earns you discounts in the future! I highly recommend going to this shop! So incredibly grateful and thankful for all the help that I got today. I really think I have found my new vape home! 😊
