Mikila always greets me with a smile and friendly professional service. She looks for the Karamels I like and provides all the options. She’s a treat to see each time I come.

Great selection, great customer service, friendly staff, really cool wooden design interior. The place is cool and has a lot of items, so it's worth perusing. Edited to add (at a much later date): Customer service is still a 15/10. The budtenders here know their products and are more than happy to share that knowledge. Very welcoming and friendly environment, EVEN when they are busy. The rewards system is straightforward and easy to understand/use. Their associated items selection is wonderful, and they're always getting interesting and useful new products. Cannot recommend them enough.
