I’ve been going here since i was 18 so 2017. But never have i ever had the experience i had this last week. Jeff was amazingly sweet, understanding, kind, funny and really knew what he was actually talking about. Was very patient with me when trying to pick out a vape and going back and forth. I brought my parents with me because they had questions and he answered everything. Amazing customer service from him. Please ask for Jeff if y’all have any questions! He will get ya what ya need.

This place is awesome. All employees are great! I knew what I wanted, they helped me make the perfect purchase. I wasn't sold or talked into anything extra.. I love this set up.. Juice is on the $$ side, so I do cheat on them and order elsewhere but extra pieces or emergency juice they have always been ready to help me, without a wait They have an okay rewards program..

The folks at the outlet location in San Marcos took time to help me with a return and fixed the problem on the spot. Go see them, everything is 1/2 price. Spent $90, saved $90

Knowledgeable Staff, helpful for your smoking accessories needs. Very nice selection of products. Perhaps the Best business of it's sort in San Marcos, Texas. P.S. Don't buy their Cali Bars. Though their a $ 1.00, they may or may not function. No refunds. Customer's shouldn't be "forced" to buy a product that ( May ) work, contingent having to " test it out in the store first ".
