The cigar lounge part is private. Maybe you have to make reservations? I'm not sure about that part. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a very nice selection of cigars and other smoking accessories. I personally like a good flavor cigar and they have from $3.99 factory "mess ups" to top shelf $40 range cigars. Yes I recommend this store.
