Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a 2g of wax, opened it and half of it was on the lid and in the threading and even down the side of the jar. I was told to contact their customer service and it will be reimbursed. Well, i have written them five times now, with just the initial response. Three weeks ago. Nothing back. Unfortunate that this experience has made me never want to support them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Do better.

I wanna shout out the team member but all they give me is their code and I'm not sure if I can share that here. He was absolutely amazing! He was very friendly , joking and kind remarks about the lovely day and weather. Would definitely come back for him!

Sara shared comprehensive knowledge of the tax and medical cannabis structure, and backed it up with helpful clarification for a less educated individual (myself). I always love going to Curaleaf but today I actually got some great explanations that improved an otherwise already great experience. Thank you guys! Be back soon :)
