I usually went to the Gulf To Bay location and had given up on Curaleaf due to the consistently poor customer service. I stopped by this location because I happened to be in the area and I'm glad I did. Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. An overall great shopping experience.

Never have an issue with the staff here, they are so kind and friendly. I was welcomed by six team member when I walked in. A very welcoming vibe. The lady I had today was fantastic and always are. Never have a problem here. They even run to hold the door open for people.

I’ve been buying from Curaleaf Palm Harbor for Years, but am about to stop. There have been too many 1gm cartridges that seem less filled now than they’re used/supposed to be. I just had delivered two 2 Gm vape cartridges. Nothing wrong with packaging, but inside cartridge absolutely empty, not a drop. I call them to come back to my house to pick up defective and bring a replacement. ( I get delivery as I’m disabled). They absolutely refused to correct their mistake. Said I’d have to drive 40 minutes each way to them to get the replacement. They are always out in the area delivering and can’t serve me while in the area?!? I obviously wasn’t expecting it done immediately. Nevermind I’m in bed in pain, or I’d have to spend MY GAS MONEY to correct THEIR mistake. UPDATE: I got a call from the Palm Harbor Manager who was very friendly, professional and apologized. She talked to the staff and I hadn’t talked to them but the call center. First she said she’d let them know how to handle in the future and second, she more than aptly fixed my issue and is having a replacement delivered. I am more than satisfied and appreciate her resolution. Thank you.

Had a great first experience , she was so sweet and took her time and made some great suggestions , i would highly recommend she is also very understanding , patient . The whole staff was friendly and made the stay enjoyable and soothing. Great place

For some reason Google deleted my first review! But I wanted to say I just had an amazing experience! I was greeted warmly as soon as I came in by two different people. I was not rushed in and out of there like at other pharmacies. The person at the counter made eye contact the whole time. Made great suggestions without being pushy. I was also told about reward points I didn't even know I had! Just overall she did an amazing job and I will definitely be coming back to this store!
