I was greeted immediately at the door and Gabriella took me right away as well. She was super warm, courteous and friendly, as was the entire staff on board. Everyone engaged with me in light banter. The environment is super relaxed and welcoming per usual. I have never had a bad experience. Customer service here WAAAAAAY exceeds that of most other customer centered businesses.

Thomas is an outstanding Budsman. Every time I come to Curaleaf I get exceptional service from him. He is very knowledgeable about the product he is selling. Thomas asks my preference and takes his time to explain product and how it could benefit me as a consumer. I would suggest Thomas train other Budsman to be as professional patient and knowledgeable as he is. Hats off to another great experience!

Hey, if you’re looking for a solid cannabis dispensary, check out Curaleaf Reisterstown. They have a great selection of top-notch products for both recreational and medical use. The staff is super friendly and really knows their stuff. I love how easy their online ordering is, and curbside pickup is a breeze. They also have some sweet deals, especially for veterans and healthcare workers. Definitely give them a try next time you’re in the area—you won’t be disappointed!

Dutchie made my experience so pleasant! He was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and was very helpful! The security guard was a tremendous help! I’ve never had a bad experience at Curaleaf. I use to frequent a different dispensary initially but once I discovered Curaleaf, they have been my go to dispensary. The customer service has always been top notch and available product never disappoints.
