It’s tough leaving a bad review, because the employees at this location are always super knowledgeable and couldn’t be nicer. Unfortunately, problematic concerns outweigh all that. Twice now, the employee has “forgot” to give me my change back. Neither time was the store busy or the employee distracted. And today, after getting to my car and realizing the $ was not in the bag with the receipt, I went back in and said something. They could not have been less surprised. There was no, “are you sure?”, no need to count the drawer to make sure my accusation was true. It felt more like they got busted running a routine they have done before. There was also an incident where one of the employees outright lied and misrepresented my rewards points. Upselling by telling me about a promotional discount if I increased the quantity, but in fact were using rewards points she thought I was unaware of. The common theme here is dishonesty. Smile and shake your hand while they steal your watch dishonesty.

The establishment is great. The employees are great. Their BRICKS ALWAYS CLOG. THEY ARE USELESS. $70 for a 2gram cart you can't use because it stops working. Don't buy it.

Nyegel was my budtender. Every time I come into this location, he greets me with a smile. A warm welcome gets you 4 stars right away with me. Not to mention the fact that he is patient while answering all my questions. He gives me suggestions and is always enthusiastic and passionate about his cannabis product knowledge! You can tell he really cares and does a great job. 10 out of 10 would recommend Shopping at this location.

The team at Curaleaf is always friendly and professional. Today I had an issue with the app and the staff patiently helped me work though it. Thanks to them, I successfully completed my purchase quickly and easily.

Very rare to find positive moods and hospitality in customer service these days. ESPECIALLY nearing closing time. Not at this location. Roan, and Chyanne were very patient walking me through the menu. knowledgeable, and ensured I was happy with my product and price. 10/10 will be back
