I actually had a miserable experience with shipping the product. It got held up at delivery then seemed to disappear from the USPS system. When I contacted customer support about the issue and was told it was out of their hands in shipping. When I persisted they said they would send a second order, but provided the same tracking number. By this point I had spoken to the USPS inspector and was told the product was being held for mailability determination. When I reached back out to customer support I didn't hear anything back again. Two weeks passed since the original arrival date. The second shipment was sent out using the same tracking information, which further confused the USPS delays. But the proper paperwork was included in the shipment and it was released from inspection and both shipments arrived to me. This was a pretty frustrating experience, and customer support could have been a lot more clear on what was happening from their side. But as the issues all originated form the USPS and I'm not being asked to return the second order, I do have to rate them 5 stars for how it all worked out. Their THC-A flower is also a very high quality product for a reasonable price.

First and last time trying this brand. I can’t even choke it down. Just awful! Full of sticks. Flower is a strange color, almost like the stuff that was sold in High Times back in the 90’s. Headache after two hits.

I love weed I also hate giving bad reviews but this was the 2nd worse strain of weed ive ever had in my life. I smoked over 3 nuggs just to confirm Ive smoked bud from so many smokeshops and i always get high maybe its my tolerance because i smoke heavy but this feels like i just got scammed truly disappointed

I had issues with my order and not receiving the correct product. It did take a little longer than I thought it should to get in touch with them. The phone kept going to voice mail, and I sent an email that took a few days before they responded. In the end they did a great job getting the correct product shipped priority mail and I am extremely pleased with the product ordered.
