I know this place already has terrible reviews. And here’s one more. I’m making this review so you will see it, and possibly take this into consideration. The minute clinic is trash. They really don’t care how you are feeling or your symptoms. Went in for covid treatment to hopefully get a zpak. They wouldn’t prescribe it. But urgent care down the street will and did after this visit. Seemed like if I had a 105 temp they would have done something which I’m sure no one would be at the minute clinic if they had a 105 temp. But 102 wasn’t good enough. If you guys want treatment go down the street, stay away from this place until they get new staff in there.

Edit: My original review is from 10 months ago. But since then, it's just gotten worse and I'm switching pharmacies. They have had the drive through closed the last 3-4 times I've been and a super long line inside. My daughter has an insurance authorization on file for a prescription and it expired. The staff told me and my dr's office it was a coupon that expired that raised the cost even though I told them it was the insurance auth expiring. Then when I got a new one, they filled it as the generic. When I called, after being on hold forever, the lady was pretty snippy and went on this long explanation about how they're legally required to fill as a generic. I had to interrupt her eventually and tell her to look for the insurance authorization. Which she found. It's just a mess there.
Original review: The pharmacy routinely takes a week to even start a prescription. And generally it’s because you called them and asked them to fill it. Then when you get there, expect to spend a long time waiting in the drive through. Then when you actually get to the front of the line, it probably won’t be filled on time.

I had a problem with my coupon being excepted at the self debit/credit checkout. Elaine greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed help. I explained what the problem was and she politely helped me solve my problem. Kudos to Elaine!!

Whoever their district manager is or someone from corporate needs to figure something out so this pharmacy can answer their phone. Its not fair to their staff that they're always busy and overwhelmed. Its not fair to patients, doctors and insurance reps who are on hold ENDLESSLY. THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. Im switching pharmacies ASAP and blame corporate for not noticing this. Its been going on for at least a year.
