The team members at BALTIMORE Blvd.,Westminster, Maryland and Carlisle Street, Hanover Pennsylvania. We’re all very knowledgeable, pleasant friendly, speedy and efficient. CVS Pharmacy is pleasant to do business with.

My daughter went to the minute clinic and received a prescription via the pharmacy. The pharmacist claimed the medication was not covered by my insurance. I contacted my insurance company and they said a claim was never filed and the medication was indeed covered. Difference of about $30. That being said I had to file my own claim for reimbursement. So beware, the pharmacist is lazy AF and will make assumptions about your insurance and competence when you question him.

I mostly use the pharmacy but while I'm waiting I walk around the store. And everybody is so nice and understanding they help you. And you don't have to wait long to get your prescriptions and there hours are great. This is a great store especially if you want to find something small for a gift and the pharmacy section is great

Wow! What an experience! I had wanted to get my prescriptions refilled and I had to leave a message first. I wasn’t optimistic that I’d hear back soon because most other CVS’s will call back in a few hours or days. This one, really did call back in less than an hour! Not only was the call back fast, but the employee was super nice and efficient. She helped me find my information, with all the insurance and discount plan attached. I got my text notices just when they became ready. I came right over for pickup, and the employees again were very nice. One person named Karen not only helped me nicely and efficiently but she actually walked me to the other counter to update my insurance card. I mention this because she didn’t have to, and it was a simple update. But she took the quick time to make my experience so nice. I guess I’m over the moon because this customer service stands out amongst the very poor CVS experiences that I’m used to. What a really great team!! And I had a bonus: the costs were even less than my past CVS locations! Folks this is a great store with great caring employees. ❤️

Team members are usually busy assisting customers so no one greeted me and no one asked if they could help me however because this is a busy store it is no fault of the employees. Being greeted and being asked if someone can help me is not that important. What is important to me is that the shelves are stocked with the items I am looking for which is sometimes not always the case. However generally speaking I have always had positive experiences with CVS.
