as a medical assistant this pharmacy is atrocious. Spoke with the pharmacist yesterday to resolve an issue. Was assured it was fixed and even went over new directions with pharmacist. again assured RX would not be an issue. I check in with the patient today and they have not received Rx. Called pharmacy, got the same pharmacist as yesterday who now stated a new issue and disputed the directions despite going over with them yesterday in detail and being assured yesterday that the Rx would be ready. Copped an attitude with me when I mentioned this and put the blame on prescriber. I asked, "so is it taken care of now and when can the patient get it" and they replied very rudely "well now that you responded back tell her it will be ready within the hour" but they never contacted us in the first place! I contacted them and they assured me it was resolved. I would advise patient to choose anywhere but here.

They either need to have a meeting with all of their employees and make sure that whoever works there. The first question interviewing a person should be. Can you work under stress if not, that person needs to be not hired? Everyone is high-strung around this place. They're confused. They're packed. They don't have enough help and they actually do not have any kind of nice personality. There's only 1 person that is kind. And that is Jeff the pharmacy.I advise taking your business elsewhere even if you have to take a drive and remember there's Another place that would love to get business next door and I say this with the bottom of my heart. If you employees cannot treat your customers, kindly you don't need to work there. And I sincerely mean this truly god bless you all

I have been to many CVS pharmacies over the years. This one by far is the worst! It does not take 8-10 hours to fill a prescription. I sat in the store and I heard the girl tell three different people, we have the prescription. It will be 45 minutes. That is what I was told, also. They told a guy he owed money but he was on Medicaid and Medicare. Had been for months. Several people said they don’t like coming here. Every time I have had to come here it has taken hours to get my prescription. I will have my current prescriptions transferred to different store. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes! I think when people pull up they go fill their prescription. This is crazy!

Two ladies were standing in the pharmacy and I needed to ask where something was and they looked up and said we’ll be with you shortly. Lady just walked away then the other one just starts standing there very rude and very, very unprofessional and I work at Cvs warehouse I can’t believe how they show our brand.

Horrible, horrible people working the pharmacy counter. Yesterday evening—Fat little lab tech yelled at my grandfather when he was trying to fill a prescription for pain meds for my grandmother—who was fresh from the ER after making a clean break through her shoulder in a fall. Miserable person who can’t handle someone asking about a prescription when she’s under stress. “CANT YOU SEE IM BUSY??” She says. Well maybe he doesn’t understand what is going on and is just concerned about taking care of his wife’s severe pain as quickly as possible. A “Sorry sir, I’ll be with you as soon as possible,” goes a long way. Download a meditation app or something. Practice your deep breathing. Don’t take it out on people who may be in as stressful situation themselves. I’ve had other family members go here and every one of them has had a similar experience with rude techs, not having prescriptions ready in a reasonable amount of time, etc. Anyway—my family switched to Walmart pharmacy. Recommend anyone reading do the same.
