Denied service at 1:27 on 12/21 in the pharmacy because you were “closed”, when closing time is clearly stated at 1:30, there was one person in line checking out in front of me. It wouldn’t have taken three minutes to get a box of decongestant but I will happily take my business and future prescriptions elsewhere. Have been coming here for 15 years, I live not even a minute up the road but I will never be back. Brunette pharmacist on a power trip. Merry Christmas.

I never leave bad reviews after becoming a working adult and realizing how the public can be. However, the pharmacist I spoke to today at the window was absolutely rude from the moment I got to the window. I couldn't imagine working with people who have health conditions or take care of someone with health conditions and treating them that way. I pray she has a better day tomorrow.

If you’re looking for a pharmacy that cares about you, your medication, has any compassion, honest or nice….don’t come here. Ashley, I think she’s the pharmacist, was absolutely the rudest! Telling me I was wrong and basically calling me stupid in a round about way. Went to another pharmacy where they stated they didn’t like working with the Clover CVS. I’m sorry but that says a lot. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I know people most likely have been rude about the situation of power lost and the refrigerated meds being lost. That being said the staff have never been pleasant to deal with in the pass few years. They are very slow and never do what you ask them with your prescriptions. They refill when you don’t need them and don’t fill what you do need, there is no reason for the craziness. But when a staff member tells you there’s nothing they can do and don’t know when the meds will be back in stock is a very big problem. The pharmacy management at this store needs a major overhaul. I had to call corporate and within a few minutes they moved prescription to other pharmacy that had it in stock. Same move the staff there should have done but to lazy are just don’t care if you get your meds or not. Stay away from this store. We will be moving our prescriptions somewhere else.

Don’t go to this pharmacy. The staff are slow and very rude. Still have not been able to get my medicine have to go back to get it I’m glad I don’t need it to keep me alive. I’m getting this one filled and then changing my pharmacy.
