Now you can’t even speak to the pharmacy, you have to leave a voicemail and it takes FIVE MINUTES just to get to the point where you can leave the message in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be using their pharmacy services again.

My prescriptions were automatically transferred to CVS after the Rite-Aid on 41st closed down. The assistance I've received from the pharmacy department has been so disappointing. I understand that they're very busy, and I'm empathetic towards anyone in customer service, having worked in CS myself for the last 20 years, but I intend to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.

STORE MANAGER PREVENTED PEDIATRIC CANCER PATIENT FROM GETTING MEDICATION AND THREATENED THE SOLE CAREGIVER OF A CHILD RECOVERING FROM LEUKEMIA The store manager is a violent misogynist who threatened me while I was trying to get medication for my son who just recovered from cancer. 0 compassion. 0 logic. Just threats and obvious misogyny.
