Worst service consistently!! My insurance ONLY allows this pharmacy. I think I would try to find a 2nd job to pay for my medication out of pocket, than continue to have these FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCES!! It is truly ridiculous they Simpy do not care about giving any kind of reasonable service. Have not had any better experience regardless of location. ☹️

Since the pharmacist manager, Ryan, went to another location, this place has gone downhill. My lifesaving insulin is always out of stock. It takes 1-2 weeks to get it in stock. THIS IS LIFESAVING MEDICATION. And this location wants to play silly games by everytime I go there, they told me it's on order and will arrive tomorrow and never is. This game goes on for 10 days. Always promise it will be received tomorrow. But funny, after I check a competitor, it's always in stock. I guess I'll have to switch pharmacies. But remember, if you go to this location, you could be playing the same games that I am waiting up to two weeks for medications with empty promises. The pharmacy manager appears to be totally incompetent and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They consistently misplace my mail order prescription that gets mailed directly to them. Unorganized and now when trying to get someone on the phone you have to leave a voicemail. If I could leave zero stars I would; unfortunately, they were able to get one star from me as that is as low as the rating goes.

Absolute garbage service. Was made to pay for my son's prescription even though it's covered by insurance. Firstly the pharmacist never asked for the insurance information. Secondly when I asked her to run his insurance I was told we don't have time since we're closing. Mind you they still had an hour till closing time, and no cars behind us in the pickup lane. Definitely switching pharmacies.

Should have listens to the other reviews! Worst pharmacy ever. Waited 25 min in one line to be told I need to stand in another line. Than waited another 25 min to be help! They than filled my prescriptions under no insurance, trying to make me pay the full amount . Than when trying to have the lady fix it and add in my insurance she was extremely rude , didn’t want to help me in anyway. Than she made me wait another 15min just to input my information into the computer? Keep in mind there is 0 people in line. And 4 cars waiting in the drive thru that’s not being helped. They are literally taking a breaks in between customers! Riham was beyond rude she obviously doesn’t know what they are doing
