I go to CVS for three years now there is always a huge nature line in the drive-through huge but I don’t mind waiting in line with my car turned off. I have my phone to keep me occupied. I had the right to stay or go work and they’re always nice. I never had one problem, getting sick too many people and CVS is getting more busier and it’s nobody’s fault. They are working really hard to give you your medication. Just be patient because everybody is sick.

This pharmacy has made it their mission to make it as difficult and complex as possible to simply ask a question. Getting a refill, or even simply ordering one, may take a day or more. If you have a question about your controlled medication, most techs will talk to you as if you were a drug addict in need of a fix.

Slow, Unresponsive, and underqualified. If you have a life-saving medication you need - you might die waiting. LBS I received 3 VM over two days saying my prescription was ready, only to go in and be told "its on hold". Okay, fair - but fix your automated system. I made the mistake of switching from Kroger to CVS for convivence, I guess the joke's on me! Although the two younger ladies were very sweet (drive thru) the blue haired kid working the front was as about as confused as a fart in a fan factory. Looks like your D.E.I. Program is working out as expected for CVS. HA

Automated telephone says my script will be ready in 2hrs, but when i arrive, it's not ready and won't be ready for 3 more days! Ridiculous! I have ready fill for all my scripts & i still have to call my refills in every time. Also, wait times in drive thru & inside are so long & frustrating. Two years ago they were never like this! They have really been slacking in ALL aspects of the pharmacy! Wish i could switch easily to another pharmacy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! So sad!
