Rebecca is an amazing pharmacist who always greets you with a big smile on her face and makes sure you are in good hands.

There is always a huge line for prescriptions pickup. I usually try to come in odd hours, otherwise the wait can be about 30 mins or more. People working on serving prescription customers are very quick and polite. Lola was helping me today and she was great. I know there is not enough staff to serve the volume of the customers. It is some kind of financial mismanagement issue. There is a lot great things you can buy in the store such as food, makeup, postcards and what not. But I rather have pharmacy focus on the main thing and serve customers better

Its a convenience store+ with a 24 hour pharmacy, which means they probably get 40-50% of Washington hospital, Washington township physicians, and other Washington hospital office satellites, not to mention others. Plan to wait for pharmacy, just plan about 20 min in line. If you use the app for pharmacy, they have a separate line. Overall, its a pharmacy, get over yourself and realize the people in line ahead of you, and those behind the counter are just as important, stressed, squeezed, and smooshed just like you (in some cases much worse), and have equally better places to be, so treat them with the same respect you as desire of all your minions. Just remember, this is not your kingdom, so let's all get along - we all feel more alive when we open a door, reach something on a top shelf, trying to help someone read a label. Sometimes, they don't want to 'wait for an associate', they just want to be seen, and treatedvwith the smallest iota of kindness and/or respect. Imagine, being single handedly, the one person in a stranger's day to day encounters, who makes their day with a simple smile, a random, but real 'good-day', or an ear to bend with just mundane topics. Stop for a minute and imagine someone you care about deeply in dispair, who never tells you the bad in their life simply because they try to shield you from their burdens. Would you not want a person like you to offer a helpful hand, ear, or story that may just give them that one iota of stregnth and resolve that helps them not dread, yet hope. We are all one race, the human race. Lets all be better, you know we can.

This place is badly staffed. I had medicine to pick up, I called many time to confirm they have my medicine. I come to the location and they say they can’t release it to me since a pharmacist needs to talk to me. They have no pharmacist available at the store. They end up asking me to wait 25 mins until a pharmacist shows up. What pharmacy does not have a pharmacist at all times. The employee response. It is a cvs problem as they are cutting people hours.

Best thing is they open till late night. But too many homeless around near midnight hours and they don’t have a bathroom if u have to go .
