Customer service during sale was great, but once I brought the water pipe home, I noticed an imperfection in the glass making the perk on the water pipe useless. Wasn't given a choice of water testing the pipe during sale, otherwise I would have seen how poorly it performed. Tried to contact owners to get some resolution in the matter. Didn't even care to respond. $70 down the drain. You guys better step up your service or you'll loose a lot of customers.

Great products, even better customer service! Every time I go in, the staff is so kind and helpful. I always leave feeling good about what I bought and excited to try out the new stuff they recommended!

The fellow at the counter was pretty chill. Showed us some stuff. The displays quite nice. They are still in relocation mode but for the most part nice products. Got a nice vape pen too 4 the cartridges filled with the delicious yum yum.

Despite my telling the employee the size of my banger, the carb cap I was led to purchase did not fit. He didn't even seem to know what a carb cap was. Customers should note that all sales are final.
