I swear by their products and absolutely love love love the incense! Owner and store employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I think it's at a great location and will always pick this spot as my number one smoke shop!!!!

I went in to buy a bong, and as the young lady was helping me, the boss interrupted the young lady, and said “hurry up” like if she wasn’t helping me. And when she tried to explain she was helping me, he said she was “wasting time” I will never buy anything from here, don’t recommend. Pt.2 and I’ve never been to your shop before that day, so do research you sound uneducated, actually you wouldn’t know if I was going to buy anything because you wouldn’t let your employee do their job. Half way through her showing me one you yelled at her, I was asking about which bongs were better for concentrates, but you wouldn’t know that would you? You were sitting down at your computer, I was interested in your 3 chamber bong for 139. So, again unprofessional boss. And this proves it. You should learn that people are just doing their job, and learn how to be a better businessmen

Exceptional! Best customer service in a smoke shop I’ve had - and I’ve been to many all over America and Europe. Beyond knowledgable about the products they have, amazing customer service (not pushy or trying to upsale), and a very safe and welcoming environment with plenty to pick from. William was so kind and was trying to trouble shoot my tank, get the right coils for another tank, and shared information about my set up that other vapers don’t share. This shop is well worth the drive, no matter what part of El Paso you’re in. The owner and employees will make it worth it!
