Budtender talked me into 2 vapes last night that do not recharge and are unless. Tried emailing Deep Roots. Sending error. Tried to call them. Voicemail is full. So, I'll have to go down to the store to attempt to return something without knowing if you'll accept it. It's the definition of bad customer care. Thank you for being unhelpful. UPDATE: Now, they aren't disabled or veteran friendly. My Dad with cancer cant use a faulty vape and they wouldn't exchange it. NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY

I usually buy my carts here but today was leap year. I asked about the discounts can you check for me since I have MS multiple sclerosis hands don't work much in in a power chair. I ask again he said can't you look it up on your phone after I just explained. No longer will come here as well they do not have medical discount and over priced. Oasis gives the best deals y'all discriminated on disability people which now you lost a customer

Love their local deals, market reasonable prices, and friendly helpful staff are down to earth, grounded, and always help me find exactly what I'm looking for though i am particular, even when I don't know ahead of time. Consistently good service and quality products.

I will not lie. I originally gave Deep Roots Harvest a 1/5 stars. I would check the menu daily and never see any deals, never. Also, the edibles would always have strip prices, around $25 each ($30+ out the door) Other dispensaries would have daily deals on them and Deep Roots never had any. A good chunk of dispensaries off strip has edibles ranging from 12-20 bucks so 25 was quite steep. Over the past few months, I started seeing Eddies going for $5 sometimes. I finally went back and took advantage of these great deals. They have these deals quite often now and this makes up for the high prices! It’s not just one edible they sometimes have a few choices. I am glad that Deep Roots has come around and decided to throw a bone to the locals. I highly recommend Deep Roots Harvest, especially if you’re looking for a good deal. Deep Roots Harvest went from being the 17the best dispensary to being in my top 5. I received the best deal I’ve ever come across in my entire history of picking up edibles at Deep Roots! I don’t think any other deal will ever top the one I got, I think it will become an impossibility. The deal was so amazing and outrageous that I thought it was a glitch at first. After submitting my order, I was waiting for a text or a call letting me know that this was a typo, or an old promo of some sort… Nope! Got the best deal in history, and on a Monday! Ok, rant over.
