This place is awesome so clean and organized . Came in today just to look and found some great items . Area the associate took great care of me and was very knowledgeable. This is my new smoke shop they have everything you need and more plus great prices!!!

Used to be my favorite shop. They sold me the wrong thing. I called and they said no problem come in the morning. Got there at 1005 didn’t open for another 10 min. And they proceeded to tell me i couldn’t. And that they told me it was Wrong when i bought it which is dumb why would i buy it. Then they sold me two different pods. Both wrong. And opened them themselves ON CAMERA but wouldn’t take it because It was Open.

This place is horrible. They keep going on on their prices. If something sells next week it’s marked up. This was 7.99 now in a matter of weeks it’s 10.99. The gas station sells them for 6.99, stop by the Chevron.

I initially purchased the product at $7.99, but soon after, the price increased to $10.99 without any noticeable improvement in quality or changes to the product’s packaging. It’s disappointing when businesses prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Additionally, the tone of the owner’s response to inquiries about this change was quite negative, which further detracted from the overall experience. I’ve found better consistency in both product quality and pricing at Atlanta RX, where they prioritize customer service and maintain fair prices. I will not be returning to Dr. Kush. It’s frustrating when businesses change products without informing customers, especially when the original product was already successful. Affordable pricing is crucial, especially during tough economic times, and instead of building a positive customer relationship, Dr. Kush has left a negative impression.
