The one on Roxie St by Walmart they will double charge your card and will blame it on the bank when it they thieving selves. I suggest just use cash because they sure won’t reimburse what they double charged your card for especially when you haven’t visited them on the day they charged your card the second time. They don’t deserve no stars

Had a problem with their credit card machines and knowingly let people continue to use them for months, and it now charging people for stuff they can literally prove they paid for six months later, sick, despicable, never spending here again, thieves!

Sold me a fake BC5000 elf bar, tried to just come in and exchange it but he wouldn’t change it out. Below is pics of a real one I’ve bought from another store and the one they sold me. Not even close to a good fake. Don’t buy from these guys!!

This company stole over $200 from me. I went there and made a purchase for $15 even. It came out of my bank account immediately. Then later that day while I was at the doctor’s office, they charged me for the same purchase in different amounts 9 times equaling over $200. When I went up there and called the police, they said they were batching their transactions and it would all go back on. It didn’t. The charges processed. I had to file a dispute with my bank and get a new card. I will never shop there again. They did this to countless customers stealing thousands of dollars. Pissed one guy off enough because they stole his money too that he literally kicked their door off the hinges. DO NOT SHOP HERE or at any of the stores they own. I opened up a complaint with the BBB and hired an attorney. I’m getting back what they stole and then some. Go somewhere else or your money will be stolen too. My bank told me that they cloned my debit card. They won’t take accountability for what they did. They’re a bunch of crooks.
