Good service and prices. Love the taste of the house cherry juice. Sales associate figured out what kind of coils I needed from a glance and hooked it up.
Only issue I had was the EVOD twist battery I bought malfunctioned. It overheated while using it and started smoking. Had to run outside and stick it in a pot of dirt as I was afraid it would explode. This was within 2 weeks of buying it and with no modifications at all. I wish i had kept the packaging so I could report the manufacturer.
However I don't blame Drip for this. I already returned for more juice, but I'll be buying my batteries elsewhere so i don't risk getting that brand again.

Excellent customer service. They guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. It felt nice that he wasn't just trying to sell me something. And they had so much to choose from that I'll be going back to try some different juices.

I used to love this store. Everyone was nice, could get everything that I need. That was last year.
On to this year. I have more reliability with my teenager. They are always out of what I need and I mean always. I ask when they are getting some in... They don't know. I asked if its ordered... They dont know. And they won't be out for a day or two (most shipping times) they will be out for over a week. Seriously need some inventory management. I even asked one time if I should order online, if it would be better, and was told that it wouldn't matter if they were out in the fort mill store they would be outline since that's where the online stock came from.
I will have to find another store if this continues.

I recieved great service from Gary! He's very knowledgeable about his product. And Has a great sense of humor. My experience with him was AWESOME! I will definitely come back.

They don’t seem to be the most knowledgeable people in the world. Told me the coil I needed was no longer made and tried to sell me a whole new setup which I stupidly bought out of frustration. I then go down the road to Vaping Xtreme and they know exactly which coil I need and they stock it. Went back to rerun the setup I bough still completely sealed and they act as if they don’t want to take it back.
My wife went to buy juice from them and they tell her they no longer carry the Naked brand so she leaves. I go into the store a few days later and sure enough there it is on the shelf.
They are more expensive than the store I now shop at (less than 5 min down the road) and don’t seem to care. When I explained the price difference the worker tried to tell me they must be selling bad stuff and how I probably should shop there.
I’ve tried giving this place several chances and each time it has been a bad experience. Until they change owners (again) I will not go back.

Went by this morning to buy juice as the other place I shop was closed. It was at that point that I brought up your prices being high. It was also then that I was told that the other stuff must not be legit, or not the same brand and that I shouldn’t shop there (the other store)
As for the new set up I bought... that took place back on Aug. 31st around 6pm(ish). I did finally get it returned but after getting resistance on it. The product I bought had not been opened at all and even still had your price tag on it. It was never opened because the other shop had the coil I needed. The day I was there I even explained to your employee that I had previously bought a coil from your store that worked for my tank. Even after that I was told “they don’t make those coils anymore and you just need to buy something new”. So either you carry it and they wanted to make a bigger sale, you don’t carry that coil, or the employee was not familiar with what I needed. I am fine with the last two however they just need to be honest rather than trying to make you feel you need to spend $100 or more instead of $5-$10. Had I not been there so long and so agitated I wouldn’t have impulse bought, and therefore would not of had to do the return.
As for the day my wife went to buy the Naked Very Cool (which you do carry and I bought this morning) someone told here that the store was under new ownership and that you no longer carry that flavor in that brand. Again either the employees are not pays attention, not informed, or don’t care. Either way this is all very agitating and when it happens almost every time you come in it makes you not want to come back.
