In the parking lot as I’m writing this review. Since the new mgmt has taken over the customer service quality has went downhill. I have been out here for roughly two minutes ringing the doorbell and nobody has answered. I came over a few days ago and while the guy at the counter was nice he seemed new and inexperienced on the products compared to the former sales clerks I interacted with. The product I normally get was no longer in stock (looper) and on top of that it wasn’t until after a 5-10 min convo that when I was ready to checkout that I was then told that the ONE card machine didn’t work and that they only can take cash. So both of our time was wasted when that could have been discussed the moment I walked in. Please do better.
