Edited to add: This dispensary really does care. Not only have they apologized and made it right for the concentrate mishap, they also changed all of their labeling. No more graphics, everything is easily readable and clearly labeled. Additionally, they’ve also added terpene percentages to the labels as well. With these responsive changes on top of the quality (and especially the price), I’m just beyond impressed. Thanks Josh! Original review: I have been coming here for over a year and a half, since it was Eufloria and not too long after it opened here in Jenks. I’ve had one too many frustrating experiences since the new management and I now feel compelled to share my perspective. Honestly, if it weren’t for the price and quality (and proximity to my home) I would be going somewhere else. More often than not recently, I’ve had some kind of hiccup when I visit. Most recently was shorted a half ounce one visit and had to go back, and keep being told a different price for the 1/8 SoonerGlue concentrate the last 4 times I bought it. Also, the changes they have made seem to cater to more of a young thuggish/pothead vibe and are so far from the more mature and classy vibe it had before. Where there were clean and bright displays, have now been painted over with jarring purple and lime green with as much product as possible tucked everywhere. It feels like a cheap vape shop with weed in there now. They also do not clearly label what kind of flower the strains are anymore. It used to be clearly visible and organized by sativa-hybrid-indica, in lit jars that were clearly labeled with the strain name. Now they are labeled with low quality graphic design pictures that most (but not all) have buried somewhere within the design what kind of strain it is. Every time I have been in there I have complained about the change in labeling, and every employee agrees with me but I guess nothing ever ends up changing. One employee even told me to leave a review so the new manager Josh would see it and feel more compelled to make a change, since I guess some of the employees have shared this labeling issue with him and he apparently does not care coming from the employees, but might if it was from a dissatisfied Google review. I know the old manager was not the best and I definitely saw that from my own past experiences in the store, but what the store has turned into under the new management is a shame and far cry from the really nice dispensary that this place used to be. I am in my 30s, and I have mostly seen people around my age and older more often at this dispensary than young people. I really appreciated that I had somewhere to go that felt nice and classy, and not like I was going into some cheap vape or pipe shop. Just really, really disappointed as a long time consistent customer that spends no less than $500 a month here.

On line it shows that they have falcanna brand that's a Washington state brand but there flower is not falcanna and it's not even close to being as good as falcanna!
