We were passing through and decided to stop because I have had a hard time finding the Lost Vape brand. The store was really nice and all that but the replacement vape I purchased was a dud. No big deal we were still sitting the parking lot. Then just this morning I go to open the new Dragons Blood juice I purchased. It tastes awful and there’s really no other way to put it. I’ve always really liked vaping Dragons Blood by Loon. The color of the liquid is way darker than normal and it bares no resemble in flavor. It’s pretty hard to describe but it makes me feel nauseous. It’s just like a chemical taste with no fruit flavor. I thought maybe it was because I had a pod that was burnt even though I just recently started using that one. So I filled a new pod and it was just as awful tasting. So now I’ve wasted money on a bottle and two pods that will now have to be thrown away. Maybe I just got unlucky? Most of everything I bought was either broken or will have to be thrown away. That’s pretty frustrating especially when I don’t live nearby.

Love this shop. Everyone is so dang nice. I stopped about a month ago and tried to buy a certain vape flavor, but they were out up front. No big deal. The owner said he could go look in the back as he thought there was maybe one left, but I didn't feel that was necessary and went with another flavor. I went back in the other day, and requested the same flavor. The owner was again there and informed me they were no longer able to get that flavor. However, after my most recent visit, he had gone to the back, found the one remaining vape of this flavor, and set it aside for weeks until I came back. When he told me this, I thought he was joking initially. I don't know why, but this blew me away. I'm just some guy who comes in every once in awhile, but he went out of his way to set aside that product for me with no knowledge of if I would ever be back. Well, I'm for sure coming back now after being treated so well.

This place is great! They have a huge selection, and the employees are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had questions about Delta 9 products, and they were all answered. I also really liked that they carried a lot of locally sourced products. This will be my new go-to store for vapes and edibles.

Updated Aug ‘24 : still the best shop with the best crew. They also have reward points now This is the best E-Cig shop in all of the suburbs and Minneapolis. There are two guys that were here and regular basis on that as dark hair and one that has blonde hair and not as tall as the tall guy with glasses. They’re both so freaking helpful so nice. Also they have good deals, good products I literally will not go to any other place unless I have zero options. Highly recommend recommended.

I don't remember the guys name. I've gotten it a few times, but I just keep forgetting. I'm not sure if he owns the place or is just the guy who's worked there the longest. Anyway. He's awesome. When the store isn't busy, he offers the best advice, and he shows more knowledge about this stuff than anyone I've ever met. The rest of the staff is working their way to his level, but considering how knowledgeable the guy is, it might take a while. Yesterday, I was in with an obnoxious order. I couldn't really call ahead, but he managed to get it together pretty quick. He answered questions at the same time about something else without slowing down. He was able to get everything I needed and more. Man, you know who you are. You're great, if I didn't move almost to Hudson, I'd exclusively shop there. As it is, anytime I'm in the general area, I'll try to swing by to help a great business.
