Great service very helpful with any information I need staff is wonderful especially Alex she’s always going above and beyond for customers makes the shopping easier. Their prices are always the best around !!!

I have been coming to Easy’s for 2 years now. The only smoke shop I shop at. Yesterday, my sister went in to purchase Blazy Susan cones and Rose Palms cones. None of which contain tobacco, nicotine, or thc. The dirty blonde white guy with facial hair working there denied her purchase because he said she wasn’t of age. My sister is 19, and not only is she allowed in the store, but she is allowed to make purchases that are not tobacco, nicotine, or thc products. I go upstairs to get items for myself as well as the items she wasn’t able to get, and the guy denies my purchase. Mind you, I am 25 years old. My sister has gone in their alone multiple times to purchase her products, and has never had an issue. We were even in the store together with the owner, and never had an issue purchasing these specific products. On the box of Blazy Susan cones it even says these products are not made for illegal substance use, as well as they contain only natural ingredients. I even asked the guy what they were made out of and he told me RICE PAPER. The Rose Palms box specifically says on the back of the boxes that their cones are available for legal purchase by anyone 18-21+. I would like to know why our purchases were actually denied. He made the comment “I’m not losing my job over y’all”. My question to the company is, how could you lose your job if you are not doing anything illegal? Needless to say I am going to have to find another smoke shop if this situation doesn’t get resolved. It’s terrible that your employees are denying people’s purchases due to their ignorance of the policy of the store.

Horrible place, fake devices, and very snotty people. If you walk in talking on the phone you will be rudely interrupted, and told you can’t be on the phone in store😂. There are better smoke shops around don’t waste you time walking up some stairs for bad service.

I love this shop! It has everything you need with great customer service!!! Fluff is the best guy there!!! He’s always polite and knowledgeable. He is never rude or condescending!!! I’ve seen him even keep his composure when people are rude!! He makes the whole experience fun and relaxing!!! 10/10 recommend this place and strongly suggest you come on fluff’s shift you won’t be let down!!!!

I come only to Easy’s for my geek bars. The quality of any brand vape at easy’s is always excellent. They got great deals too. I only roll my smoke with yalls hemp wraps, and the pipe I got from Easy’s is super cute. Alex, who usually helps me, is very helpful and welcoming 😁 thanks yall!
