I purchased a vape from them, left and walked to a business fairly close to the store. Sat down to continue vaping only for the vape to cause burning in my throat. I walked back to the market to notify the employee with curly hair and glasses. He appeared to be mixed. Notified him of the issue only for him to tell me that I had to hit it again to prove that I experienced a burning sensation. I was so uncomfortable. I told him it really did burn but he insisted I hit it in front of him. And as mentioned. It burned again. He reluctantly offered me a refund, dropped my money on the counter and walked off. How rude. I’ve never been treated that way by anyone. Never again.

Great atmosphere, massive space, and even better employees. You can and will find almost anything you could dream of here. A wide selection of CBD and THC products is growing every day we get closer to full legalization! The amazing rewards program will have you come back for any and every excuse. Visit Ecig Market Maple Grove and Blaine if you can't make it here! It is a vape bar, so you can try almost any ecig juice on their tester devices. If any product you buy is defective, they will replace it or help fix it as long as you're not trying to get stuff for free (LOL). If you haven't been here yet.... change that. Thank you guys for real, I've been a regular for almost 6 years now, and I'll be a regular for life

I don't review businesses all that often on Google, but I wanted to give this one as a thank you. Anytime I go here, I am treated respectfully and with patience, but today was over the top. I needed a new box mod and tank and I am the type who knows what he wants, so I can be difficult to please. All my questions were answered and I was set up with a mod and tank that addressed my concerns and needs. I was also surprised to learn that there is a return policy for this store and it's refreshing to know that even though I don't foresee needing to return what I got today. Just knowing these guys will stand behind their products sets them apart because other vape shops I've been to have "all sales are final" policies. All around great service and policies I support and the added patience and respect from their staff goes a huge way. This will be my shop of choice as long as I live in this area.

My go to vape store that ALWAYS has what I need in stock. I've driven about 20 minutes from home for this store alone ever since moving to Minneapolis (Uptown and now Hopkins) last May. Super friendly staff as well!
