I prefer a place where I can pick up my prescription and maybe a unique knickknack and this is that place. Sure it’s nice to also grab all your groceries and maybe a set of tires, some workout equipment, and a rifle. I prefer to just grab my prescription and a small, then move on.

I've gotten vaccines here, but until recently I had never had a prescription filled there because I have to use a mail order pharmacy. It just happened that my mail order pharmacy did not have my medication in stock they told me to check at a local pharmacy and I could fill it there, I called several local pharmacies and the didn't have it either, I called Truecare and they had it in stock, they had it filled in no time. I was in a panic because I was counting down to 5 days of medication left. I am very grateful. Next time I'll start with Truecare.

I was told there were system issues with coupons on one of my prescriptions and that I would have to pay $100 more dollars for my refill. I then verified MULTIPLE times with their "clerks" that this charge would be PROACTIVELY refunded once the issue was fixed. 2 months later, after reminding them 15 plus times about this charge, I was told they would not be giving the money I had been promised. Truecare is a great pharmacy if you hate having your questions answered and instead want their front desk clerks to lie because they don't want to deal with an answerable issue. My meds have been changed multiple times without notification. Luckily, they still can blame insurance companies for literally every issue in the book ESPECIALLY when it was an issue that was their fault. Hopefully, Truecare spent my $100 on some more empty vials of namebrand meds, so they can continue filling them with offbrand aspirin and selling them for full price. Edit: apparently hippa regulations don't prevent you from repeatedly confirming exactly what I stated on the initial review the 20 times I asked your "clerks" directly about it so that they could push it to the next clerk. Hippa prevents you from clarifying which of my one star review reasons were invalid? I'd be interested to see which document states that.

I switched to Truecare several months ago because Walmart wouldn’t help me get my normal scrips. I take pain meds for a spine issue and Walmart was also treating me like I was a terrible person for taking these meds. They are very kind, super helpful and I’m terribly grateful that I found them!!
