I will miss this place. Hands down my favorite dispensary in Colorado. Even after we moved from Boulder to Denver I still made the drive to shop here. Thank you for being fantastic!

Used to come here. Won’t anymore.
I purchased a 5g ware hause vape cart. Highly recommended by their staff. I purchased a few of them over the past years They no longer sell them here. Certain batches were recalled. They were unwilling to tell me the batch number of the ones I purchased. They did say it was past 30 days from purchase and they would not do anything. (Not could not do anything)
I am unable to go through ware hause directly about this without the batch number. Elements did nothing to contact their customers with potential or confirmed recalled products. They allowed you to use them unknowingly while causing health concerns. Additionally they offered no type of trade in / credit / refund. Basically just said so ahead and throw that money away. Thanks for your business. Hope you don’t get sick

Overall a fantastic little dispensary, high quality flower at close to the best prices in Boulder…. Variety of affordable edibles and vape strains… mostly friendly and engaging staff, however, I’ve had a couple prickly interactions.
After a friendly and quick purchase(of over $80), I said, “just to double check, the points were added to my point total right?” The formerly friendly budtender replied harshly. “YOU DIDNT USE ANY POINTS TODAY SIR. YOU TOLD ME YOU DIDNT WANT TO USE THEM!” I was startled, but again questioned, “I know I didn’t use them, I just want to confirm they’re added to my other points( I had around 450)”. The reply, again was one of anger and resentment from totally friendly(seemingly) 10 seconds before, budtender, “sir, I don’t know how else to say this….YOU DID NOT USE YOUR POINTS TODAY!!!”. I rephrase my approach. “I have 400+ loyalty points, I SPENT $80 today, and want to make sure my 80! Gets ADDED, to the 400!” Again, super irritate, and testy, ready to explode, the budtendrr growls, “you ALWAYS get your purchases added to your points. Why would I get your phone number if I weren’t going to add them?” Wow. Ok. Sorry for being a customer👍. . I explain(futilely, that last time I was in I spent over $120 and my points were still in the 400’s, so those were NOT added). Budtender replies “you’re always free to bring your receipts back if you feel you were shorted”. I actually HAD the prior receipt in my pocket at the moment, but no way in H I’m putting up with the shitstorm that would have followed. So I left, still not 100% sure that my points were added, or how I could have more clearly asked my insanely obvious and benign question. After tipping $3-$5, as I always do.
Same employee 1 month later(my fault for returning I suppose): there’s a popular strain on the super deal shelf. The jar on display is getting low. I ask for 1oz of the super popular flower. The budtender weights the last of it out and says, “this jar is empty. I can only sell you 1/2oz.” I can tell there’s very close to 1oz, in total in the jar, more on that in a second. I ask if there’s another jar in the back. “I don’t think so”. Was the reply. I say that I’m loving this strain and as close to 1oz as I can get is great. She repeats “this jar is empty so…”. I then ask “is there more in back?” Reply, “I don’t THINK so”. Long pause. I say, “ok, you don’t THINK so, or there isn’t any?” Repeat, “ I don’t THINK so”. I then ask, “do you mind checking to make sure?” “Yes” was the answer. Wow👍🤡. I then say, “will you please get your manager? I can have them check”. She says, “okay, okay, I’ll check.” Pushes button on her shirt mic or whatever it is, “is there any more popular strain?” Immediately, “yes, lots, I’ll bring some right out”. The budtender tells the person bringing the flower out that there was 27 grams in the prior jar, but would only sell me 1/2iz, even after I asked if I could do separate purchases for 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, or whatever. I asked the budtender why she told me she wouldn’t check for me, and she became irate and growled, “SIR, YOUR GETTING WHAT YOU WANT, NOW DO YOU WANT TO GET THIS OR LEAVE?” 👍. I asked again and was again treated as if I were a complete nuisance and problem……for wanting to purchase. The products. They. Are selling. 👍 Have fun, great deals and product and 90% of staff, but look out. At least one is a big problem
