I had a great experience at Enlightened. The pickup process was quick and the herb is fresh. I appreciate how the person helping me made sure I didn't waste my first timer's discount. I'll definitely be back!

I don’t recommend anybody going to this place for discount prices since the manager of this afternoon(Sunday July 5)couldn’t honor discount that was giving to me when I placed an order online. I arrive to the location and he told me he was gonna have to change the price of my order since it was too good of a deal for me to take home. He said it was their system error but couldn’t do anything about it to make it with right with me as a customer. Couldn’t even offer any discount as an apology for their error and apologies weren’t sincere at all. I don’t find that really welcoming at all. And would never imagine you guys will allow your employees to act unfriendly and unfair with your customers.

Nice people. Good selection. Would've given five stars, but felt rushed during phone call regarding purchasing some goods. Wasn't offended or anything, and the employee wasn't unfriendly, but I kind of figured that a phone customer, especially when a return customer, would be afforded the same attention as a walk-in, and seeing that since online orders are encouraged, those customers might have questions by phone. No biggie. Just a thought.

Pricing in IL is atrocious and they know it. But, where the revenue going idk. Stopped at this location for a Cookies That Badu preroll but geesh $22 with discount crazy lol also picked up some GG4 #overpriced

Been going to other places to get Revolution products as they are less expensive and have more options. Sad that the top manufacturer cannot keep there own products stocked. Customer service is still top notch. Do better Rev
