I had the best time at ethos the other day .I’m a 66 year man with bad eyesight and was didn’t know what I really wanted. But man I can say that they’re a gentleman but the name of Sammy that is freaking awesome. He explained everything to me so smoothly and honestly I felt so at ease once I end up placing my order because for the first time in years I felt like someone at a dispensary really knew What they were doing. All I had to do is describe how I wanted to feel and how high I wanted to get and he was like my person filter. He was a very professional but also very chill at the say time. THANK ETHOS WATERTOWN AND SAMMY !!!!

It’s crucial to address some serious issues at Ethos Watertown before they irreparably damage your business. The current staff is untrained, often displaying passive-aggressive behavior and openly gossiping about customers to other customers, creating a truly uncomfortable environment. This is in stark contrast to the professional customer-centric approach that drives a successful cannabis company. For Ethos Watertown to remain competitive and drive profitability, you must prioritize significant improvements in staff training and management oversight. Failure to do so will result in losing customers to competitors who deliver a more professional and welcoming experience.

Really good deals, a great staff.Everybody is overly friendly. And their house product that's better than most from the front to the back. Everybody's nice and I left happy and that's what matters. Thank you I will be back

Went to 4 dispensaries last week and this one tied for 1st place for overall experience. Friendly staff, great advice, super friendly and welcoming environment. If you're looking to get advice on products or get insight on what the staff smoke on then this place is great! There are multiple ordering stations with the entire menu visible to you. Prices are great and bud is solid. Great selection too.
