They don't stand behind their product
Had a defective device. Could not return it because I didn't have a physical receipt even though I could show it on my bank account.
The reason I was given was because they would be out of 40 dollars because they could not resale. The manager did give me a discount but this is not the way to do business. If something is broke you need to replace with something that works. There is a cost to doing business and sometimes it might cost you 40 dollars if your product is broken.
When it shows that I bought it from your store on my bank statement and time and date and you probably have camera there what is a receipt going to do differently?
Like the other reviews say just go to smoke token. Even Walmart will exchange a defective item WITHOUT A RECEIPT.
I go to this place once a week and I get treated like I'm scamming. I even bought another while I was there.
Hopefully they just find better products that are not defective so that you can get what you paid for.
